Shipping & Warranty Information
Domestic shipping: We currently offer shipping from our online store to the following States and Territories: VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, TAS, ACT. For shipments to Western Australia or the Nothern Territory please contact us to discuss the best suited delivery option for your order.
International shipping: We currently don’t provide international shipping for products from MOGG and DE CASTELLI. For products designed by Cober Studio, please contact us to discuss your project.
Special delivery requirements: For any special delivery requirements please contact Cober Studio before placing an order and we will try our best to provide you with a solution best suited for your order.
Shipping rates for small accessories: We offer free standard shipping on all small accessory orders over $250. For orders under $ 250 a shipping fee of $ 15 will apply.
Shipping rates for furniture and larger accessories: Our shipping rates depend on the volume and weight of the item shipped. Please find the different shipping categories below. You can also use our shipping estimator on the product page. Please note, exact rates will be provided at checkout before you place the order.

Lead-times: In stock items will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
All other products are made to order and have a lead-time between 10-22 weeks. For more information, please refer to the lead-times specified on the product page.
Delivery updates: After you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. The confirmation will include the confirmed lead-time for your order.
For small accessory orders, we will provide you with the tracking number and you will be able to track your shipment online. For all larger orders we will contact you before dispatching your order to confirm the best delivery method.
Returns & Change of Mind:
Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions or if you are unsure about the product as refunds are normally not provided.
For small accessory orders, Cober Studio may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition.
Larger accessories and furniture orders are made to order and can’t be returned. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you have any concerns about your order.
Consumer Guarantees:
Cober Studio products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality.

Voluntary Warranty:
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Act, Cober Studio offers a voluntary warranty and covers all manufacturing defects. All furniture are covered by a two (2) year warranty from date of purchase and all accessories are covered by a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase.
The Warranty does not apply to any ex-display items or sale items.
Changes in colour under light, natural variations in the colour of the wood and other materials, slight variations in dimensions due to high humidity or dry conditions, knots or other natural characteristics of wood and other materials are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty excludes products which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete incl. any special instructions. Orders can’t be redirected once they are on their way. Your shipping address must be an address within Australia and can’t be a PO Box.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check site access. If you are unsure about the site access, especially with larger orders, please contact us to discuss the best delivery option.
